What do we stand for?

For context, 'ruka' is a Zimbabwean [Shona] directive from the verb, 'kuruka', meaning 'to weave'.

 

Our goal is to weave the right action into your business strategy - moving away from

theoretical plans, wasted hours and overload, 

into the implementation of actionable steps, whilst knowing you are fully supported.

Why are we here? 

We've been there. 

  • Entrepreneurship and business ownership can be a lonely and frustrating road. Each member of the Ruka Team has experienced this and know how debilitating it can be. 

  • For most business owners, we invest enormous time and finance into sourcing the right strategy frameworks, coaches, courses... and then stall on how to actually make the steps happen.

  • You hire people for their core skills and they contribute just that - their core skills and no more. It's hard to get people to invest in the true scope of where you're headed as a business. 

We believe that every individual deserves to see their business goals and the full potential of their ideas given a fair shot at success. 

Whether your vision involves building a legacy for your family, freedom from the daily grind, or to simply be able to do what you enjoy, it matters.

No to 'niching'!

The truth is, we have a 'bit of a glitch' about us, in that we find it nearly impossible to only focus on one skillset whilst ignoring the client-company's overall health and direction.

Instead, we choose to offer our clients:

  • the opportunity to share their big picture with people that 'get it'.

  • We take time to fully understand the road you have in mind, in order to keep 'levelling up'.

  • If we can add to that plan to help bring clarity, smooth progression and accountability, we do!

Ruka is a company founded on our intention to live and work according to Biblical principles. 

When we invest our knowledge and energy into you and your business, we are accountable to the source of who we are and what we called to do.

This means the way we devote our efforts and attitudes surpasses 'great customer service.' It's a lifestyle.
