First off, From the outset we knew that we wanted Ruka to be a place of support and challenge for EVERYONE involved. Not the type of challenge that leaves you unhappy and defeated...and not the type of support that tells you 'it's fine' when it isn't..

Here, our clients find a team ready to invest in their vision and support them in the journey to see their ideas and visions come to life...but they also find a place of challenge.

 

The type of movement required to take them from where they are now to where they desire to be, requires strategy, specific actions, and enormous effort. Our challenge to them never comes from a place of frustration and it is never communicated aggressively.

Instead, we promise our clients to be honest with them with kindness; to be available, engaged and active within our roles; to be a place of consistent, grace-fueled encouragement.

That is also our promise to each other, within the team.

Our ethos is to practice excellence - in our expertise, our outcomes, and our attitudes.

As a company founded on what the Bible tells us about ourselves, our efforts and Who we get to lean on for our strength and direction, we know that excellence is only a practice and we make room for that while focused on pushing past our limitations.

We own what we do - the good, the great and the "oh sh*@..." moments.

There is a significant difference between mistakes and neglect. We are quick to move on from mistakes. However, it's really important for us as a team - our growth, morale and support structure - and especially for our clients and therefore, the business, that we take responsibility for what is our own remit.
